We roll south on Hurontario to meet the QEW, then trace the shoreline west through Burlington and up over the Skyway with the harbour spread out below. Past Hamilton the Niagara-bound lanes carry you by Grimsby's fruit stands and the long ribbon of St. Catharines vineyards before dropping you into Niagara Falls — roughly 100 km, and in ordinary traffic near the 76-minute mark. It's a single sweep of highway, no exits you have to memorize, which is rather the point of handing someone else the wheel.
